As a Selections Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our client's dreams and the reality of their custom homes. You will guide clients through the process of making critical design decisions, ensuring that every detail aligns with their vision and our construction timelines. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards that MacBuilt Homes is known for, ensuring that each project is executed smoothly and to the client's utmost satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and project requirements.
  • Design Guidance: Provide expert recommendations on design options, materials, finishes, and fixtures to help clients make informed choices.
  • Appointment Coordination: Organize and manage selection meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all selections are made on schedule.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all selections, including specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication of all selections to the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Problem Solving: Address any selection-related issues or conflicts, ensuring that solutions align with project goals and client expectations.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative design solutions to continually improve the selection process.
  • Team Support: Assist the Project Manager and other team members as needed to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in residential construction and/or Interior Design
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and building systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle selection-related challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant design software.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full Time
  • Competitive salary of $55,000- $70,000, based on experience.
