As a Project Manager at MacBuilt Homes, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing residential remodeling projects from initial estimation through to completion. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through every step of the remodeling process. From developing project plans to managing construction crews on-site, your goal is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site assessments and client consultations to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and project proposals for residential remodeling projects, including renovations, additions, and upgrades.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to finalize project designs and specifications.
  • Procure necessary materials, equipment, and services, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Manage on-site construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Manage all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
  • Ensure all projects comply with building codes and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and support to the project team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential remodeling or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of remodeling techniques, materials, and building codes.
  • Proficiency with construction estimating and project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, BlueBeam, Procore).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Full Time
  • Competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000, based on experience.
